I. Rescripted: Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Rescripted. By accessing or using our website, tools, or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and Best Shot Care, Inc. d/b/a Rescripted ("Rescripted," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 1580 N. Logan St., Suite 660, PMB 69774, Denver, Colorado 80203.

By accessing or using our website at https://www.rescripted.com, our AI tool Clara, our newsletters, or any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will indicate the effective date of the most current version at the top of this page.

2. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The content on Rescripted is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about your health.

Rescripted is a media and data company, not a medical provider. Nothing on our Services — including articles, tools, Clara, newsletters, or any other content — constitutes or should be construed as:

  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
  • A doctor-patient or other professional healthcare relationship
  • An endorsement of any specific product, medication, test, treatment, or procedure

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of content you have read or accessed through our Services.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

3.1 Eligibility

Our Services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3.2 Account Registration

Some features of our Services require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with others
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately at hello@rescripted.com of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

3.3 Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at hello@rescripted.com. We may retain certain information as required by law or as necessary for our legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Permitted Use of Services

You may use our Services for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use our Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data mining techniques to access or collect content from our Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Services or related systems
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our Services
  • Impersonate Rescripted, a Rescripted employee, or any other person

5. Clara AI Tool

Rescripted offers Clara, an AI-powered search and chat tool. Your use of Clara is also governed by the Clara End User License Agreement ("Clara EULA"), available on our website and included in Section VI of this document, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using Clara, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Clara is not a medical professional and its outputs do not constitute medical advice
  • Clara may generate responses that are incomplete, inaccurate, or not appropriate for your individual circumstances
  • You are solely responsible for evaluating any information provided by Clara before acting on it
  • You should not share sensitive personal information through Clara

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

Our Services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Rescripted, our licensors, or other content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Rescripted name, logo, and Clara are trademarks of Rescripted. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

6.2 Limited License to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use our content for commercial purposes.

6.3 Your Content

If you submit any content through our Services, you grant Rescripted a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving our Services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Affiliate Links and Commercial Relationships

Some content on our Services may contain affiliate links, meaning we may receive compensation if you click a link and make a purchase. This compensation does not influence our editorial content or product coverage decisions. Our Advertising & Sponsorship Disclosure describes our commercial relationships in more detail.

The presence of an affiliate link or sponsored designation does not constitute an endorsement of any specific product, brand, or health claim. We encourage you to conduct your own research before purchasing any product referenced on our Services.

8. Third-Party Links and Content

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.rescripted.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimers of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rescripted expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RESCRIPTED AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

In no event will Rescripted's total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Rescripted in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rescripted, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

13.2 Jurisdiction and Venue

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

13.3 Informal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at hello@rescripted.com and attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally within thirty (30) days.

13.4 Colorado Consumer Protection

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act or other applicable Colorado consumer protection statutes.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Clara EULA (if applicable), Editorial Standards, and Advertising & Sponsorship Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rescripted with respect to your use of our Services.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms.

II. Rescripted: Privacy Policy

Welcome to Rescripted ("Rescripted", "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website at https://www.rescripted.com (the "Site"), subscribe to receive communications from us, create an account, or otherwise interact with our content and services (collectively, our "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information in several ways, both directly and indirectly, including through interactions with our Services, and from third parties.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide, including when you:

  • Create an account, in which case we collect your email address and password;
  • Subscribe to communications, in which case we may collect your email and contact preferences for newsletters or other communications;
  • Provide information through website forms or other features on our Site, including through our AI tool, Clara;
  • Select content preferences, in which case we may collect information about the topics you choose to follow or engage with on our Site;
  • Participate in surveys, research, or feedback requests;
  • Apply to join our creator network or expert contributor program;
  • Contact us, including by email; and/or
  • Engage with our social media accounts or community features.

Information Automatically Collected

We may automatically collect certain information when you interact with our Services, including:

  • Cookies and tracking technologies, which we use to understand how users navigate our Services, remember preferences, and enable features like session management and analytics. For more information, see Cookies below;
  • Usage data, such as your IP address, browser type, device details, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, and referring/exit pages, which we use to analyze traffic, monitor performance, and improve user experience;
  • Location information, such as general geographic location based on your IP address; and/or
  • Analytics data, collected through third-party services like Google Analytics to understand site performance and user behavior.

Information from Third Parties

In some cases, we may receive information about you from third parties who support us and our Services. We may use this information in combination with data we collect directly to enhance our Services, personalize content, and analyze performance. Such third parties may include:

  • Service providers and analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, who help us understand usage patterns, user demographics, and engagement;
  • Email service providers, such as Beehiiv, who help us manage newsletter subscriptions and delivery;
  • Social media platforms, who may provide profile or engagement information if you engage with our brand or content through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn;
  • Meta advertising and analytics tools, such as the Meta Pixel, which may receive information about your activity on our Site. This enables Meta to connect your activity with your Meta account if you have one. We do not receive your personal identity as part of this process; and/or
  • Affiliate partners and retailers, who may share information about purchases made through our affiliate links.

How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect for a variety of purposes, including:

  • To provide, maintain, and improve our Services;
  • To create and manage your account and user profile;
  • To personalize your experience and content recommendations;
  • To analyze usage patterns, trends, and Service performance;
  • To communicate with you, including sending newsletters, updates, and promotional materials (which you can opt out of at any time by following the instructions in our emails or by contacting us directly), and to respond to your inquiries or requests;
  • To process and fulfill requests for creator or expert contributor applications;
  • To conduct surveys and research to improve our Services;
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or security concerns;
  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, and the rights, property, or safety of others;
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
  • To facilitate business transfers in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales;
  • In any other way we may describe when you provide the information; and
  • For any other purpose with your consent.

We do not process personal information for targeting advertising purposes.

Use of AI

Our Services include AI-powered features, such as Clara, Rescripted's search and chat tool. Clara is hosted by Anthropic, a third-party AI service provider. Clara generates responses using content from our Services and select third-party sources.

Important disclosures about Clara:

  • Clara processes the questions and inputs you provide to generate personalized responses;
  • Anthropic may process your inputs to deliver responses, but they are contractually prohibited from using this data for unrelated model training;
  • Clara conversations are not reviewed by human editors or medical professionals before delivery;
  • We may retain aggregated, de-identified usage data about Clara interactions to improve the tool;
  • Your Clara inputs may be processed on servers located outside the United States;
  • We strongly encourage you not to share any sensitive or personally identifiable information when using Clara, including specific medical details, full names, addresses, phone numbers, or other private information.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. However, we may share it in limited circumstances to operate our Services, comply with legal obligations, or with trusted providers who support our operations. This may include the following:

  • Service providers, such as email platforms (Beehiiv), hosting services (Vercel, AWS), analytics providers (Google Analytics), customer support tools, and payment processors who support the security, functionality, and performance of our Services, assist with marketing and communications, and help us improve user experience;
  • AI service providers, such as Anthropic (for Clara) and other technology partners who help deliver our AI-powered features;
  • Third-party sites and affiliate partners, if you click a product link on our Site, in which case your browser may transmit data (e.g., click ID, referral ID) to an affiliate retailer. We do not control how those third parties use your information;
  • Social media platforms, if you engage with embedded content (e.g., "like" or "share" buttons) on our Site, in which case those platforms may collect data about your interactions;
  • Meta's advertising and analytics tools, such as the Meta Pixel, which may receive information about your activity on our Site. This enables Meta to connect your activity with your Meta account if you have one. We do not receive your personal identity as part of this process;
  • An acquiring entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to the requirements described in the Business Transfers section below;
  • Government entities or regulatory bodies to comply with applicable laws, respond to legal requests, prevent fraud, or protect the rights and safety of Rescripted, our users, or others; and/or
  • Other third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.

Business Transfers

In the event that Rescripted is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy. You will have the opportunity to opt out of the transfer of your personal information if the new entity's privacy practices materially differ from the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about how users interact with our Services. This includes tracking preferences, user navigation, engagement with content, and website performance.

Types of cookies we use:

  • Essential cookies that are necessary for the basic functionality of our Services;
  • Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use our Site;
  • Preference cookies that remember your settings and preferences;

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of these third parties. When you click on affiliate links or engage with sponsored content, you may be directed to partner websites that have their own privacy policies and data collection practices.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures designed to protect the personal information we collect against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest;
  • Access controls and authentication measures;
  • Regular security assessments and updates;
  • Employee training on data protection practices.

Although we take the responsibility of safeguarding personal information seriously, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to take steps to protect your own information, such as using strong passwords and keeping your account information confidential.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for different lengths of time depending on the type of information, how it is used, and our internal and legal requirements. In deciding how long to retain personal information, we consider:

  • The purposes for which the personal information was collected;
  • Relevant federal, state, and local recordkeeping laws;
  • Applicable statutes of limitations for claims to which the information may be relevant;
  • Legal preservation of evidence obligations; and
  • Our legitimate business needs.

Specific retention periods:

  • Account information: Retained until account deletion, plus up to 90 days for backup systems;
  • Newsletter subscriptions: Retained until unsubscribe, plus up to 30 days for processing;
  • Clara interactions: Aggregated, de-identified usage data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement;
  • Analytics data: Typically retained for 26 months in Google Analytics;
  • Support communications: Retained for 3 years for customer service purposes.

If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within 90 days, except where we are legally required to retain it longer.

International Data Transfers

Rescripted is based in the United States. If you are visiting our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated.

The data protection laws of the United States may not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. We take steps to ensure that your privacy is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information from our records as quickly as possible.

Important limitations: There may be information we will not return or provide access to, such as information that would affect the privacy of others or might interfere with legal requirements. Similarly, there may be reasons why we cannot comply with your deletion request, such as the need to keep your personal information to fulfill a legal obligation.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you.

Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.

Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted under the CCPA.

Right to Non-Discrimination: You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your CCPA rights.

Authorized Agent: You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. We may require verification of both your identity and the agent's authorization.

Colorado Privacy Rights (CPA)

If you are a Colorado resident, you have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA):

  • Right to access personal data;
  • Right to correct inaccuracies in personal data;
  • Right to delete personal data;
  • Right to data portability;
  • Right to opt out of processing for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling (we do not engage in these activities).

Other State Privacy Rights

If you are a resident of Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, or other states with comprehensive privacy laws, you may have similar rights to those described above. Contact us to learn more about your specific rights.

European Union Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Legal Basis for Processing: We process your personal data based on:

  • Your consent (for newsletters, marketing communications);
  • Legitimate interests (for analytics, service improvement, fraud prevention);
  • Contract performance (for account services);
  • Legal obligations (for compliance requirements).

Identity Verification and Response Times

Verification may include:

  • Confirming email address associated with your account;
  • Providing additional identifying information;
  • Using secure authentication methods.

Response times:

  • We aim to respond to privacy rights requests within 30 days;
  • Complex requests may take up to 60 days with notification;
  • GDPR requests will be responded to within 30 days as required by law.

If we are unable to verify your identity or ownership rights to the information, we may not be able to provide you with such rights until you are able to provide us with proper documentation.

Opt-Out Options

Marketing Communications: You may opt out from our marketing communications by following the instructions in our emails, adjusting your account preferences, or by contacting us directly.

Do Not Track: Some web browsers incorporate a Do Not Track ("DNT") or similar feature that signals to websites that a visitor does not want to have their online activity tracked. Not all browsers offer a DNT option, and there is currently no industry consensus for how to recognize or respond to DNT signals. For these reasons, we do not currently respond to DNT signals.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes, we will:

  • For material changes affecting previously collected information, provide you with choices about how we use that information.

Rescripted exists because women deserve better health information — accurate, nuanced, and created with them in mind. These editorial standards describe exactly how we create that content and the commitments we make to you.

1. Our Editorial Mission

Rescripted is a women's health media and data company. Our editorial mission is to provide evidence-informed, inclusive, and compassionate health content that helps women navigate every stage of their health journey — from periods and fertility to pregnancy, menopause, and beyond.

We believe that accurate health information is a form of healthcare access. Our editorial work is guided by five core principles:

Accuracy. Every factual claim is sourced, vetted, and consistent with current medical evidence.

Clarity. We write for real people, not clinicians. We translate complex medical information into language that is clear, jargon-free, and actionable.

Inclusivity. Women's health is not one-size-fits-all. We strive to reflect the diversity of our audience across age, race, ethnicity, body type, and reproductive experience.

Transparency. We disclose our sources, our experts, our commercial relationships, and our use of AI.

Independence. Our editorial content is not for sale. Commercial relationships do not influence our coverage decisions.

2. How Our Content Is Created

2.1 Content Types

Original articles and guides. Long-form health content written or edited by staff writers or qualified health journalists. All original articles are reviewed for medical accuracy before publication.

Creator content. First-person stories and experiences contributed by our creator network. Creator content represents individual experiences and is labeled accordingly.

Expert-authored content. Content written directly by credentialed healthcare providers or researchers. Expert authors are identified by name and credential.

Sponsored content. Content created in partnership with brand or pharmaceutical sponsors. All sponsored content is clearly labeled. See Section 6 for our standards on sponsored content.

Clara AI tool outputs. Responses generated by our AI tool, Clara. Clara outputs are not editorial content and are not reviewed by human editors before delivery. See Section 5 for full disclosure.

2.2 Our Editorial Team

4.1 Our Source Hierarchy

5. AI-Assisted Content Disclosure

5.1 Clara

Clara is Rescripted's AI-powered search and chat tool. Clara generates responses using content from our Services and select third-party sources. Clara's outputs are generated in real time, are not reviewed by human editors or medical professionals before delivery, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Clara's responses are not editorial content. They are AI-generated outputs. Always verify health information from Clara with a qualified healthcare provider.

5.2 AI in Editorial Content Production

Where AI tools have contributed substantively to the drafting of an article, that article will carry a disclosure label, such as: "This article was drafted with AI assistance and reviewed and edited by [Author Name] and medically reviewed by [Reviewer Name]." AI-assisted content is held to the same sourcing, accuracy, and review standards as all other editorial content.

5.3 What AI Does Not Do at Rescripted

We do not use AI to replace human medical review of clinical health content, fabricate expert quotes or attribute statements to real individuals, generate content designed to obscure its AI origin, or make individualized medical recommendations to readers.

6. Editorial Independence and Commercial Relationships

6.1 The Firewall Between Editorial and Commercial

All pharma and healthcare brand partnerships are subject to the same disclosure requirements as other sponsored content. Our pharma and healthcare partners do not have approval rights over independent editorial content on Rescripted.

This Clara End User License Agreement (this "Agreement") is entered into as of the date you first access or use Clara (the "Effective Date") by and between Best Shot Care, Inc. d/b/a Rescripted, a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at 1580 N. Logan St., Suite 660, PMB 69774, Denver, Colorado 80203 ("Company"), and the individual or entity accepting this Agreement ("User").

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO USER: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By installing, accessing, or using Clara (as defined below), User acknowledges that User has read this Agreement, understands it, and agrees to be bound by its terms and conditions. If User does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, User must not install, access, or use Clara.

1. License Grant

1.1 License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including User's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, Company hereby grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use Company's artificial intelligence software platform commercially known as Clara, including any updates, upgrades, modifications, enhancements, or new versions thereof (collectively, "Clara"), solely for User's lawful purposes during the term of this Agreement.

1.2 Restrictions

User shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

(a) modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works of Clara;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of Clara (except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law);
(c) use Clara for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including to process or store any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful;
(d) use Clara in connection with any personal health information or any other information subject to heightened data security restrictions;
(e) copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit Clara in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted herein;
(f) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright, trademark, and patent notices) from Clara;
(g) access Clara to build a competitive product or service, or copy any features, functions, or graphics of Clara;
(h) use Clara to send automated queries to any website or to send any unsolicited commercial email;
(i) use Clara to harvest or collect personally identifiable information;
(j) impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent User's affiliation with a person or entity when using Clara; or
(k) attempt to gain unauthorized access to Clara or its related systems or networks.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership

Clara and all intellectual property rights therein, including but not limited to all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, know-how, and other proprietary rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Company and its licensors. User acknowledges that it is obtaining only a limited license right to use Clara pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and that no ownership rights or other interests in or to Clara are being conveyed to User under this Agreement, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

2.2 User Content

Any data, information, materials, or other content that User uploads, submits, stores, sends, or receives through Clara ("User Content") shall remain the property of User or its licensors. User hereby grants Company, its affiliates, and their authorized users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of: (a) providing and improving Clara; (b) developing and enhancing Clara's artificial intelligence capabilities; (c) internal research and development; and (d) as otherwise permitted by this Agreement or expressly authorized by User.

2.3 Feedback

If User provides Company with any suggestions, comments, or other feedback regarding Clara ("Feedback"), User hereby assigns to Company all right, title, and interest in and to such Feedback. Company shall be free to use, disclose, reproduce, license, or otherwise distribute and exploit the Feedback as it sees fit, without obligation or restriction of any kind.

2.4 Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted to User in this Agreement are reserved by Company and its licensors. No implied licenses or rights are granted to Us
